On December 4, partner assistance Xinjiang Medical 2015 annual work conference and the Silk Road Medicine Forum held in Xinjiang Medical University in the Moring. Yang Zhenbin pointed out that the western region institution of higher learning partner assistance played an important role in the Ministry of Education to vigorously implement the western development strategy. Partner assistance is the fundamental requirement for a national strategy. To carry out partner assistance is unshirkable duty of JLU. Jilin University supported the development and construction of medical cause of the autonomous region of Xinjiang Medical University with a high degree of political responsibility and mission. Innovation modes and increased support have been further enhanced in the discipline construction, teaching staff, quality of personnel training, scientific research ability, medical services and other aspects of school management in Xinjiang Medical University on the basis of the existing cooperation. Jilin University combined disciplinary strengths with geographical characteristics and advantages of Xinjiang medical University, we should actively participate in the construction of “Silk Road International Medical Center”, construction of health care centers along the Silk Road Economic Belt core area. This will boost medical career development of autonomous region and contribute to the implementation of the national “Belt and Road” strategy.
